| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨舒适护理联合穴位按摩在妊娠剧吐中的应用效果。方法：将120例妊娠剧吐患者随机分为观察组（60例）和对照组（60例），对照组给予常规对症支持治疗，观察组则在此基础上给予舒适护理联合穴位按摩治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为93.3%，高于对照组的75.0%（P〈0.05）。结论：舒适护理联合穴位按摩能有效缓解妊娠剧吐的程度，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the application effect of comfortable nursing combined with acupoint massage on hyperemesis gravidarum. Methods： 120 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum were randomly divided into observation group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases）, control group with routine symptomatic and supportive treatment, based on which observation group treated with comfortable nursing and acupoint massage, to ob- serve the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 93.3%, higher than that of control group by 75% （P〈.05）, Conclusion： Comfortable nursing combined with acupoint massage can effectively alleviate the degree of hyperemesis gravidarum, being worthy of clinical application. |
