加味补阳还五汤治疗慢性心力衰竭伴低T3综合征临床观察

目的:观察加味补阳还五治疗慢性心力衰竭合并低T3综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性心力衰竭合并低T3综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组采用西药常规治疗,治疗组在西药常规治疗基础上加用加味补阳还五汤,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组的心功能疗效和中医证候疗效均优于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血浆低T3水平均改善,治疗组优于对照组。结论:加味补阳还五汤治疗慢性心力衰竭合并低T3综合征疗效较佳。

Clinical Observation of Modified Buyanghuanwu Decoction on Chronic Heart Failure with Low T3 Syndrome

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of modified Buyanghuanwu decoction on chronic heart fail- ure with low T3 syndrome. Methods： 60 patients with chronic heart failure with low T3 syndrone were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 patients and the control group of 30 patients. The control group was treated conventionally with western medicine, while the treatment group was treated combined with modified Buyanghuan- wu decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine. The clinical efficacies of two groups were compared. Results ： The effieacies of cardiac function and TCM symptoms in the treatment group were besser than in the con- trol group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, low T3 levels of patients plasma in two groups were improved, and the treatment group was besser than the control group. Conclusion： The clinical effect of modified Buyanghuanwu de- coction on chronic heart failure with low T3 syndrome is besser.
