| 摘 要： | 为探讨氟骨症骨骼肌损害的病理学基础及其意义，本组实验对８５例氟骨症进行了临床、肌电图、电子显微镜和肌肉酶学等多项指标的综合观察，发现骨骼肌是氟骨症损害的主要靶器官之一，也是构成本症错综复杂临床病象的重要病理学基础，氟骨症骨骼肌损害的病理本质属多发性肌炎一类的病理损害。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the pathologic foundation and significance of muscles damage in fluorosis,the synthetical observaitions were made on clinical, EMG(electromyogram),EM(electron microscope)and en-zymology of muscles in 85 cases of skeletal fluorosis,which had been confirmed by roentgenogram,no otherdiseases,In this study,we find:Skeletal muscles is one of major target organs of damage in fluorosis. Thedamage of skeletal muscles is significant pathologic foundation in compose of complicated clinical signs andsymptoms. The pathologic essence of the skeletal muscles damage in fluorosis belongs to polymyostits. Theresults in this paper provided important theoretical basis for diagnosis,clinical graduation. and drawing upprinciple of prevention and cure. |
