| 摘 要： | 许多类型白血病的发病和进展与基因突变有关。 RNA干扰技术作为一种高效、特异的基因沉默技术正被广泛应用于白血病的相关致病基因功能及基因治疗研究中，为人类探索白血病的根治方法开辟了一条新途径。本文对RNA干扰技术用于白血病基因治疗的研究作一综述。

| Abstract: | There are some relations between many types of leukemic pathogenesis and gene mutation. As an efficient, specific gene silencing technology, RNA interference technology is being widely used in leukemia associated gene function and gene therapy research. And the technology provides a new way for exploring leukemic radical therapy. This article gives a review on the therapy of leukemic gene therapy with the RNA interference technology. |
