糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白与尿酸、胱抑素C的相关性分析

目的 探讨糖尿病肾病患者的尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)与尿酸(UA)及血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)的相关性,以期为临床诊断提供依据.方法 选取2015年1~8月在我院就诊并诊断为糖尿病肾病的患者63例作为观察组,另选择健康体检者40例为对照组,分别采用免疫透射比浊法检测尿mAlb和血清Cys-C、采用磷钨酸还原法检测UA.结果 观察组和对照组间尿mAlb平均值分别为(53.17±11.78)mg/L、(3.76±1.42)mg/L,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组和对照组的UA平均值分别为(593.1±23.21)μmo1/L、(78.34±16.45)μmo1/L,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组和对照组的血清Cys-C分别为(9.14±0.49)mg/L、(1.33±0.23)mg/L,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者的尿mAlb和UA呈低度正相关(r=0.279,P=0.145),尿mAlb和血清Cys-C呈高度正相关(r=0.773,P=0.413).结论 糖尿病肾病患者尿mAlb与UA、血清Cys-C均有一定相关性,且与血清Cys-C相关性更好,三者联合检测在诊断糖尿病肾病早期损伤方面有重要意义.

Correlation of microalbuminuria with uric acid and cystatin C in patients with diabetic nephropathy

Objective To investigate the correlation between microalbuminuria (mAlb) and uric acid (UA), cystatin C (Cys C) in patients with diabetic nephropathy, and to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis. Methods A total of 63 patients with diabetic nephropathystudy-groupfrom in our hospital from January to August in 2015 were se-lected as the study group, and 40 healthy individuals were enrolled as the control group. Urine mAlb, serum Cys C were detected by immune transmission turbidimetry. UA was detected by phosphotungstic acid reduction. Results There were statistically significant differences between the study group and the control group in the average values of mAlb (53.17±11.78) mg/L vs (3.76±1.42) mg/L, P<0.01], UA (593.1±23.21)μmo1/L vs (78.34±16.45)μmo1/L, P<0.01], and Cys-C (9.14±0.49) mg/L vs (1.33±0.23) mg/L, P<0.05]. In the study group, mAlb showed low positive correlation with UA (correlation coefficient r=0.279, P=0.145), and urinary mAlb and serum Cys C showed highly positive correlation (r=0.773, P=0.413). Conclusion In patients with diabetic nephropathy, urinary mAlb is correlated with UA, serum Cys C, especially Cys C. Combined detection of the three indexes has important significance in the diagnosis of diabetic ne-phropathy.
