摘    要:物理诊断学课程具有内容多、要点多、操作性强、学生理解消化难等特点,目前的传统物理诊断学教学模式存在诸多不足,不能适应其教学需求.翻转课堂是近年来出现的一种教学模式,这种利用现代信息技术来实现教育创新的新型教学形式正迅速席卷全球.笔者将翻转课堂的教学理念应用于物理诊断学教学中,通过精心制作教学视频和构建网上平台,使医学生在课前通过自主学习完成知识的获取,在课堂上通过生生和师生之间的实时互动释疑解惑、完成知识的内化,教学效果理想,为解决传统教学中的矛盾和不足提供一种新的教学思路.

Application of flipped classroom in the teaching of physical diagnostics
Abstract:Objective Physical diagnostics is characterized with substantial contents, plenty of key points, strong operability and difficult to comprehend than other courses. The traditional teaching mode of physical diagnostics has many deficiencies and cannot adapt to the teaching requirements. Flipped classroom, a new type of teaching form ap-peared in recent years, has becoming popular in the world. Through elaborating teaching videos and constructing online platform, we applied the flipped classroom mode in physical diagnostics and has achieved good effect. Using these meth-ods, students can acquire knowledge through independent learning before class and then complete the internalization of knowledge through the real-time interaction between teachers and students, students and students during class. The flipped classroom used in physical diagnostics course provides a new teaching mode to solve contradictions and short-comings of the traditional teaching.
