血清TSP-1、VEGF对评价食管癌患者化疗疗效的意义

目的探索判断食管癌患者化疗近期疗效的血清学参考指标。方法采用ELISA方法,检测20例正常人和38例食管癌患者化疗前和第2个周期化疗后血清VEGF浓度和TSP-1浓度。采用SPSS12.0软件包进行统计分析。结果38例食管癌患者化疗有效组血清VEGF水平化疗后比化疗前显著降低;血清TSP-1水平化疗后比化疗前显著增高;化疗无效组化疗前、后血清VEGF、TSP-1水平均无明显变化。38例食管癌患者血清TSP-1表达与VEGF表达呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论食管癌患者化疗前后血清VEGF和TSP-1水平变化与化疗近期疗效密切相关,两者可作为判断化疗疗效的参考指标。

The Value of Serum TSP-1 and VEGF Level in Responds to Chemotherapy of Esophageal Carcinoma Patients

Objective To find reference indexes in serum for assessing the short-term efficacy after chemotherapy in esophageal carcinoma patients.Methods ELISA was done.Blood samples were taken from the 20 healthy persons and after the second cycle of chemotherapy and before chemotherapy from the 38 patients.Statistical analysis: SPSS 12.0 software package was used.Results In the effective patients,the serum VEGF levels after chemotherapy are lower than them before chemotherapy,the serum TSP-1 levels after chemotherapy are higher than them before chemotherapy; There were no significant changes of the serum VEGF and TSP-1 levels in the non-effective patients.There was a negative correlation between TSP-1 and VEGF levels in 38 patients (P<0.01).Conclusion There is close relation between the change of serum VEGF and TSP-1 before and after chemotherapy and short-term efficacy of chemotherapy in esophageal carcinoma patients.VEGF and TSP-1 may be used as the markers to assess chemotherapy efficacy.
