脑胶质瘤瘤旁近距离放疗临床研究

目的探讨复发性脑恶性胶质瘤再次手术后瘤旁近距离放疗的方法、疗效与安全性。方法回顾性分析本科近8年来376例复发性脑胶质瘤再次手术后瘤腔内置入放疗囊术后行131I近距离放疗316例,余60例术后行动脉化疗。随访观察两组病例肿瘤再次复发率及生存率、死亡率。结果瘤旁近距离放疗组再次复发率及死亡率均低于术后动脉化疗组。结论复发性脑恶性胶质瘤再次手术时瘤内置入放疗囊。术后注入131I行瘤旁近距离放疗可以显著提高患者的疗效和生存率。

Clinical study of brachytherapy for glioma

Objective To explore the method,efficiency and safety of post-operational interstitial radiotherapy for recurrent glioma.Methods A total of 376 patients with recurrent glioma,who received reoperation in the past eight years,were analyzed retrospectively.Of the patients,316 received radiotherapeutic reservior implantation and interstitial radiotherapy(131I),and the other 60 received intra-arterial chemotherapy.Their recurrence,survival and mortality were followed up.Results The recurrence and mortality of the patients who received interstitial radiotherapy were significantly lower than that of those who received intra-arterial chemotherapy.Conclusion Implantation of radiotherapeutic reservior and post-operational interstitial radiotherapy with 131I improve the outcome and the survival of glioma patients significantly.
