海尔曼菌感染与反流性食管炎的关系

目的 探讨嘉峪关地区海尔曼茵感染(H.heilmannii,Hh)与反流性食管炎(GERD)的关系.方法 将内镜检查确诊的112例GERD患者,以Warthin-Starry银染法检测Hh,将检测结果与幽门螺杆菌感染(H.pylori,HP)检测结果,进行临床及病理结果对比分析.结果 GERD Hh阳性57例(50.8%)、HP阳性17例(15.2%),两者间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).Hh和HP混合感染阳性8例(7.1%).结论 GERD患者Hh检出率明显高于HP,说明GERD患者发病可能与Hh感染有关.Hh的感染可能与本地区普遍饲养猪、狗、猫等有关.

Relationship between Helicobacter heilmannii infection and gastroesophageal reflux disease

Objective To investigate the relationship of Helicobacter heilmannii（Hh） infection with gastroesophageal reflux disease in Jayuguan,Gansu Province.Methods A total of 112 cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease biopsies were collected.Hh and Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection were detected by Warthin-Starry silver stain.Results Among 112 cases,57 cases（50.8%） were Hh positive,17 cases（15.2%） were Hp positive.The infection rates of Hh were significantly higher than the infection rates of Hp（P0.01）.Mixed infection with Hh and Hp existed in 8 cases（7.1%）.Conclusion The prevalence of Hh in gastroesophageal reflux disease is higher than that of Hp.Hh infection has close connection with gastroesophageal reflux disease.It may be related to domestic animal raising,pig,dog,cat and others.
