本院410例药品不良反应报告分析

目的：通过对本院2005～2009年药品不良反应原始上报完整报表的分析,了解抗菌药物发生不良反应的情况,促进本院合理使用抗菌药物。方法：把本院2005～2009年上报的410例药品不良反应按患者性别、年龄、药物类别、给药途径进行统计分析。结果：410例中抗菌药物类325例,占总数的79.27%,其中注射208例又占抗菌药物类的64.00%,以皮肤系统及消化系统不良反应多见;其他类85例占总数的20.73%,其中注射46例占其他类的54.12%。结论：需加强注射剂的管理,特别是注射用抗菌药物的管理,尽可能避免抗菌药物的不合理使用,减少不良反应的发生。

Analysis of 410 cases adverse drug reaction of our hospital

Objective：To understand the picking aderse antimicrobial occurred,promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods：According to the patient age,gender,drug classes,drug,410 cases reported adverse drug reaction from 2005 to 2009 were statistically analyzed. Results：Of 410 cases adverse drug reaction,antimicrobial of 325 cases,79.27%,including 208 case with injection of 64.00% antimicrobial agents,other 85 cases,20.73%,including 46 cases with injection of other categories of the need to strengthen our 54.12%. Conclusion：Need to strengthen the management of injection,especially in the management of antimicrobial agents injection,as far as possible to avoid the rational use of antimicrobial agents,not reduce adverse reactions.
