摘    要:目的:探讨优质护理服务方法,保证护理质量,提高患者满意度.方法:提高服务意识,转变思想观念,采取无缝隙工作制度,实行优质服务训练模式,注重教学教育,采用亲情称呼,注重人文服务,坚持护患及医护沟通,严格执行三基三严.科室实施护理工作质量与绩效挂沟.结果:患者满意程度提高;护理人员工作积极性、优越感增强;护理差错及医疗纠纷减少.讨论:创优服务使护理人员的主动性、及时性得到提高,真正做到一切为患者着想的人性化服务.赢得了良好的社会效益和经济效益.

Abstract:Objective : To investigate methods of quality care, ensure quality of care, improve patient satisfaction. Methods: To improve service awareness, change ideas, to take a seamless syst.em o.f work, the implementation of quality service training model, focusing on teaching education, using family call, focusing on hUmanservices, adhere to the nurse--patient communication and health care, strict implementation of three bases three strict. Departments to implement the quality of care and performance linked to the ditch. Result: Higher levels of patient satisfaction; nursing staff enthusiasm, sense of superiority enhancement; care to reduce errors and medical malpractice. Discusion:Nursing initiative to make service excellence,timeliness is improved,all for the lake of patients truly personalized service. Won a good social and economic benefits.
