凶险性前置胎盘29例临床分析

目的：分析凶险性前置胎盘的临床特点及处理.方法：回顾性分析2001年1月-2010年12月本院收治的前置胎盘126例,其中凶险性前置胎盘29例的临床资料.结果：①凶险性前置胎盘并发胎盘植入的发生率9例（9/29）;②凶险性前置胎盘产时产后出血明显多于普通性前置胎盘者,凶险性胎盘者平均出血量高达3026.26±427.5ml.结论：①凶险性前置胎盘应警惕并发胎盘植入;②凶险性前置胎盘导致严重的产时产后出血对产妇造成身心危害,强调终止妊娠时做好充分的术前准备;③严格把握首次剖宫产指针,是减少凶险性前置胎盘的关键.
