| 摘 要： | 目的：讨论小儿腹泻的病因及护理对策.方法：对186例腹泻患儿的临床护理资料进行回顾性总结.结果：186例患儿除1例重症脱水于入院3小时即死亡外,其余均痊愈或好转出院.结论：引起腹泻的原因是多种因素,针对病因给予护理干预措施能促进腹泻患儿的早日康复,减少并发症的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective：To approach the causes of infantile diarrhea and nursing. Methods： The clinical nursing data of 186 cases with infantile diarrhea were analyzed retrospectively. Results：lcase died 3h after admission because of the severe anhydration and the other 185 patients were recovered or improved. Conclusion： The diarrhea can result from multiple factors. The nursing intervention according to the cause of disease can promote the recovery and reduce complications. |
