胰岛素泵在Ⅱ型糖尿病治疗中的护理探究

目的：探究胰岛素泵对Ⅱ型糖尿病的治疗效果.方法：将2010年3月至2011年9月在我院住院的97例II型糖尿病患者随机分成两组,胰岛素泵组患者采用胰岛素泵持续皮下注射,诺和笔组患者采用诺和笔3内装诺和灵30R笔芯每天早晚餐前15 min 皮下注射,观察患者治疗两周后血糖控制情况,并比较两组患者低血糖发生率及用HAMD和HAMA量表评价两组患者住院前和出院后的焦虑状况.结果：与诺和笔治疗组相比,胰岛素泵能更有效控制血糖（P〈0.05）并显著减少治疗过程中低血糖的发生率（P〈0.01）,HAMD 和HAMA评分略低.结论：胰岛素泵和诺和笔治疗对II型糖尿病患者强化治疗均有效,但胰岛素泵降糖效果明显优于诺和笔,且更安全稳定.

Research on insulin pumps in nursing of type lI diabetes

Objective：To investigate the effects of insulin pumps on the treatment in type II diabetes. Methods： A total of 97 patients suffering type II diabetes in our hospital were divided into Insulin pumps-group （Group A） and Novopen-group （Group B） randomly. Two groups ＇were compared with each other in serum glucose control, HAMD and HAMA. Results：The serum lglucose of Insulin pumps--group was controlled better than Novopen--group＇s significantly, the incidence of hypoglycemia was much lower and the scores of the HAMD and HAMA were lower mildly. Conclusion： Both insulin pumps and Novopen have effects on diabetic patients obviously. And insulin pumps treatment is much better and safer.
