| Abstract: | Mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the lacrimal sac is a rare entity. We report a case of mucoepidermoid carcinoma arising in the lacrimal sac of a 30-year-old man who presented with an inner canthal mass. To our knowledge this is the first example of the cytopathology of this neoplasm in this anatomic site. |
