福建省泉州市农村中老年女性糖尿病流行状况调查及相关危险因素分析

目的调查福建省泉州市农村中老年女性糖尿病的患病情况及危险因素，为采取干预措施提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样及横断面调查方法对泉州市农村1 238名中老年女性常住居民进行流行病学调查及相关指标检测。采用Logistic回归分析筛选相关危险因素。结果泉州市农村中老年女性糖尿病及糖尿病前期总体患病率分别为12.60%和30.86%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示，年龄OR(95% CI)=1.594(1.340~1.896)、中心性肥胖OR(95% CI)=1.826(1.167~2.860)、高血压病OR (95% CI)=1.812(1.140~2.882)、高甘油三酯血症OR (95% CI)=1.935(1.470~2.548)是糖尿病患病的主要危险因素。结论泉州市农村中老年女性糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率高，且与年龄增加、高血压病、中心性肥胖、高甘油三酯等危险因素有关。

Prevalence and Risk Factors of Diabetes among Rural Female Residents in Quanzhou,Fuj ian Province

ObjectiveTo investigate the prevalence of diabetes and related risk factors among rural female residents in Quanzhou, Fujian province.MethodsThe random sampling and cluster sampling methods were used along with the cross-sectional survey among 1 238 residents in rural areas of Quanzhou.We conducted questionnaires, physical examinations and biochemistry examinations.ResultsThe prevalence of diabetes and pre-diabetes were 12.60% and 30.86%, respectively.Aged OR (95%CI)=1.594(1.340~1.896), central obesity OR(95% CI)=1.826(1.167~2.860), hypertension OR(95% CI)=1.812(1.140~2.882), and hypertriglyceridemia OR(95% CI)=1.935(1.470~2.548) were major risk factors of diabetes according to the results of Logistic regression analysis.ConclusionThe prevalence of diabetes and pre-diabetes are relatively high among rural female residents in Quanzhou.The older,central obesity,hypertension, and hypertriglyceridemia are major risk factors of diabetes.
