蜈蚣三七有效成分W3的提取分离及其免疫活性的初步研究

摘    要:目的研究蜈蚣三七有效成分W3的提取分离方法及其对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响。方法利用硅胶柱和C18色谱柱分离纯化W3,采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝法分别检测蜈蚣三七总皂苷、W3及齐墩果酸分别对小鼠脾淋巴细胞体外增殖反应的影响。结果 W3对正常增殖的淋巴细胞活性无明显影响;剂量不低于0.1μmol/L时,W3对刀豆蛋白诱导的淋巴细胞增殖活性有显著抑制作用(P〈0.05)。结论蜈蚣三七有效成分W3具有较强的免疫活性。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of the effective constituent W3 in flaccid anemone rhizome on lymphopoiesis of mouse spleen.Methods The silicagel column and C18 chromatographic column were used to separate and purify W3.The methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) method was adopted to investigate the effects of gensenoside,W3 and oleanolic acid on in vitro lymphopoiesis of mouse spleen respectively.Results W3 had no obvious effect on lymphocyte activity of normal lymphopoiesis.In the dosage of no less than 0.1 μmol /L,W3 had significant inhibitory effect on the lymphopoiesis activity induced by concanavalin(P 0.05).Conclusion The effective constituent W3 in flaccid anemone rhizome has stronger immunocompetence.
