摘    要:随着高校人力资源管理信息化建设逐渐被重视,信息化建设过程中出现的问题也在不断变化,如何提高建设绩效是各高校信息化建设遇到的瓶颈。文章结合高校人力资源管理信息化建设现状,分析了影响信息化建设绩效的主要因素,并以高校人力资源管理实际业务为例,提出了推进信息化建设绩效的建议。

Abstract:As increasing attention is paid to the informatization construction of university human resources management, problems are constantly changing. How to improve the performance is the bottleneck of university informatization construction. This article analyzes the present situation of informatization construction of human resources management at colleges and universities and the main factors influencing the performance of informatization construction. Then taking the operation of university human resources management as an example, it puts forward some suggestions on improving the performance of informationization construction.
