摘    要:针对高分子材料成型课程内容抽象等特点,从3D打印实用性角度介绍了其给高等院校高分子材料成型加工课程教学带来的变革,并进一步分析了3D打印在高分子材料成型课程中的应用以及与传统教学的有机结合等问题。研究表明,在高分子材料成型课程教学中恰当地使用3D打印,可启迪学生创新思维、培养学生创新能力,从而达到提高教学质量的目的,也为高分子材料成型加工课程教学改革提供思路和途径。

Abstract:In view of abstract content and other characteristics of polymer materials molding course,this paper introduces the changes it has brought to the course at colleges and universities from the perspective of 3D printing. It further analyzes the application of 3D printing in the course and its combination with the traditional teaching. Research shows that proper use of 3D printing in polymer material molding course teaching can inspire students' creative thinking and develop their creative ability,thus improving the quality of teaching to provide ideas and ways for reform of polymer materials molding and processing course teaching.
