摘    要:改革实践教学模式,提高学生的实践能力是当今高校教学改革的重点之一。项目驱动下的实践导师制(PTSBPD)是一种新的学生实践能力的培养模式,它的形成是知识动员在教育领域的有效应用。借助知识动员理论,从知识生产者与使用者的互动关系中去解读PTSBPD模式的形成,无疑是促进高校教育教学改革的有益尝试。文章结合南通大学在此方面的实践对这一问题进行了介绍。

Abstract:For higher learning institutions,one key educational reform is to reform practice teaching model and improve students' practical ability. Practice tutorial system based on project driving( PTSBPD) is a new model of cultivating students' practical ability. The formation of PTSBPD is an effective application of knowledge mobilization. With knowledge mobilization theory,interpreting the formation of PTSBPD based on the interaction between knowledge producers and users is a useful attempt to promote higher education reform. This paper introduces our university's practice in this area.
