女性性服务者艾滋病知识和相关行为干预研究

目的了解自愿咨询检测门诊中女性性服务工作者干预前后的艾滋病知识、态度及行为特征,评价艾滋病综合干预措施的效果。方法选择艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊中的娱乐场所女性性服务工作者,在知情同意的原则下进行面对面的艾滋病知识讲授,以调查问卷的方式获取该人群在干预前后艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为的改变,对干预措施进行评价。结果通过综合干预措施,对艾滋病存在恐惧和排斥感的人数由干预前的62.9%下降至干预后的54.6%（χ2=4.61,P〈0.05）,愿意了解艾滋病预防知识并帮助艾滋病感染者的人数从46.3%上升至58.0%（χ2=8.87,P〈0.01）。干预还促进了该人群对安全套在预防艾滋病中作用的认识,在最近一次商业性行为中安全套的使用率从52.1%上升至70.2%（χ2=22.48,P〈0.01）。结论对女性性服务工作者进行健康教育和免费发放安全套等综合干预措施,能有效地提高她们对艾滋病的认识。

Study on AIDS Related Kowledge and Behavior Intervention among Female Sexual Workers

Objective To uncleared knowledge, attitude and behavior on AIDS among commercial sexual workers in entertainment places from voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） before and after intervention. Methods Commercial sexual workers in entertainment places from VCT were included in the study. Face to face knowledge teaching about AIDS was done with principle of informed consent. Meanwhile, condoms and publicity materials were delivered to them. The knowledge, attitude and behavior on AIDS before and after intervention were collected by anonymous questionnaire. Results The target group＇ s awareness of AIDS was increased after comprehensive intervention. Persons who fear and exclude AIDS decreased from 62.9% before intervention to 54.6% after intervention （X^2=4.61, P〈 0.05）, persons willing to know AIDS knowledge and help patients infected by HIV increased from 46.3% to 58.0% （X^2 = 8.87, P〈0.01） . The effect of condom to AIDS prevention was also be awareness during the intervention the rate of condom use increased from 52.1% to 70.2% （X^2 = 22.48, P〈0.01） in the last commereial sex behavior. Conclusions The comprehensive intervention measures such as health education and free condom delivery can effectively improve their awareness of AIDS, and change their attitude, behaviors and life styles, but high risk behaviors such as low condn use rate still exist, we should keep on conducting comprehensive intervention for a long time.
