| 摘 要： | 目的：观察芪归花宁心冲剂(QNG黄芪，当归，红花等)对犬血流动力学及心肌耗氧量的影响。方法：用电磁流量计分别测量冠脉血流量及心输出量，用载波放大器测定左室内压，用血氧分析仪测量血氧含量。结果：芪归花宁心冲剂可增加心输出量(CO)、冠脉血流量，降低左室舒张末期压(LVEDP)、总外周阻力及冠脉阻力，且使心肌耗氧指数下降。结论：芪归花宁心冲剂可明显降低心肌耗氧量及冠脉阻力，对心脏血流动力学有明显的改善作用。

Effects of Qiguihuaninxin Granules on hemodynamics and myocardial oxygen comsumption in anesthetized chest-open dogs |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of Qiguihuaninxin Granules (QNG) (Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Flos Carthami, etc.) on hemodynamics and myocardial oxygen consumption in anesthetized chest-open dogs. Methods: The coronary blood flow and cardiac output were measured by electromagnetic flow meter. The internal pressure of left ventricle was determined by carrier amplifier and the blood oxygen content was determined by oximeter. Results: QNG could increase the cardiac output and coronary blood flow and reduce the LVEDP, the total peripheral resistance, the coronary blood resistance and myocardial oxygen consumption index. Conclusion: QNG can significantly reduce the myocardial oxygen consumption and the coronary blood resistance, and can ameliorate the hemodynamics. |
