经阴道超声对异位妊娠的诊断价值分析——附90例报告

目的：探讨经阴道超声对异位妊娠的诊断价值.方法：对异位妊娠90例患者采用上海通用公司生产的LOGLQ500型彩超仪和PHILPS T500彩超仪,阴道探头频率为5-10MHz,探头放入阴道内,测量子宫大小及内膜厚度,检查宫腔,排除宫内妊娠,再探查双侧卵巢及其周围有无包块,记录包块大小和血流,了解盆腔积液情况.结果：61例未破裂型异位妊娠子宫正常大小或者轻度增大,内膜回声增粗、增强,无孕囊回声或者可见宫腔中央部分呈蜕膜反应,盆腹腔无异常所见 24例破裂型异位妊娠：子宫图像与未破裂型相同,盆腹腔见不规则的无回声区 5例陈旧型异位妊娠子宫大小多属正常或稍大,无明显内膜增厚,子宫旁出现不规则肿块,呈＂盆弧形＂,盆腹不显示无回声区.结论：应用阴道超声可发现异位妊娠,为临床提供有价值的诊断依据.

Methods：Uses the LOGLQ500 color ultra meter and PHILPS to the extrauterine pregnancy 90 example patients which Shanghai General Company produces the T500 color ultra meter, the vagina probe head frequency is 5--10MHz, the probe head puts in the vagina, surveys the womb size and internal membrane thickness, the inspection palace cavity, removes in the palace the pregnancy,again whether there is investigates the two--sided ovary and periphery wraps the block, the recording package of block size and the blood stream, understood the pelvic cavity accumulates the fluid situation. Results： 61 examples breakage cxtrauterine pregnancy womb normal size or increases mildly,the internal membrane echo increases, the enhancement thickly, not is pregnant the pouch echo or the obvious palace cavity central part assumes the decidua to respond, the trough abdominal cavity does not＇have exceptionally sees;24 examples burst the extrauterine pregnancy：The womb image has not been same with the breakage, the trough abdominal cavity sees the irregular non--echo area; 5 example obsolete extrauterine pregnancy womb size is much normal or big slightly, the not obvious internal membrane accumulation, nearby the womb appears the irregular turnout, assumes ＂the trough arc＂, the trough abdomen does not demonstrate the non echo area. Conclusion ： Application vagina supersonic detectable extrauterine pregnancy,for clinical provides the valuable diagnosis basis.
