小儿腹腔镜手术麻醉42例临床体会

目的：探索小儿腹腔镜手术的麻醉方法及管理.方法： 对42例小儿腹腔镜手术病例进行回顾性分析,所有病例均采用气管插管及全身麻醉,术中连续监测ECG、HR、MAP、SPO2、PETCO2.结果： 所有患儿麻醉满意,手术顺利,均未出现严重并发症.结论： 小儿腹腔镜手术麻醉处理有一定难度,CO2 气腹对小儿生理功能有一定干扰,但只要做好充分术前准备,选择合适的麻醉方法,合理用药,加强呼吸循环功能监测,就能使小儿腹腔镜手术的麻醉顺利完成.
