艾灸在治疗周围性面神经瘫痪的疗效观察

目的：观察针刺联合TDP（特定电磁波）加艾灸治疗周围性面神经瘫痪的疗效.方法：A组：发病后前七天予以TDP热疗,七天后予以针刺加艾并配合TDP进行治疗.B组：发病后前七天予以TDP热疗,七天后予以针刺配合TDP进行治疗.结果：采用A组针刺加艾灸、TDP（特定电磁波）治疗周围性面神经瘫痪243例,达到治愈标准者200例,治疗有效243例,治愈率82.3%,有效率100%.采用B组针刺加TDP治疗周围性面神经瘫痪200例,达到治愈标准者110例,治疗有效200例,治愈率55%,有效率100%.结论：艾灸在治疗周围性面神经瘫痪中有重要作用.

Results： Uses A group of acupuncture to add Moxa,TDP （specific electromagnetic wave） treats the facial nerve to be paralysed 243 examples, achieves the cure standard 200 examples, the treatment effective 243 examples, the cure rate 82.3 %, effectiveness 100%. Uses B group of acupuncture to add periphery the TDP treatment the facial nerve to be paralysed 200 examples, achieves the cure standard 110 examples, the treatment effective 200 examples, the cure rate 55 %, effectiveness 100%. Conclusion： Moxa in the facial nerve paralysis has the vital role periphery the treatment.
