40例中青年脑梗死临床分析

目的：探讨青年脑梗死的临床特征.方法： 回顾性分析2006年1月-2009年12月收治经临床分析,头颅CT、MRI均确诊40例脑梗死患者的临床资料.结果： 本组患者均经脱水、降颅压、吸氧、抗血小板聚集、抗凝、保护脑细胞、活血化瘀药物应用,防治各种并发症等综合治疗,疗程平均15.2天.本组治愈13例,显著进步19例;进步5例,无变化2例,死亡1例.死亡病例均为大面积脑梗死.结论： 青年脑梗死近年有增多的趋势,对躯体及精神方面造成的损害较严重,不良影响大.应早期发现对脑梗死的危险因素,及时给予预防性干预措施,发病后早期诊断、早期治疗,以降低病残及预防复发的目的.
