子宫按摩对青春期功能性子宫出血的应用价值

目的：探讨子宫按压对青春期功能性子宫出血的应用价值。方法：通过60例青春期功血患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组30例，对照组使用炔诺酮并辅以止血药治疗，观察组在使用炔诺酮并辅以止血药治疗的同时采用压迫子宫的方法止血。结果：两组治疗有效率均高，分别为93．33％、96．67％，但观察组显效率达83．33％，对照组显效率60．00％，P〈0．05，差异有显著意义。结论：青春期功血使用孕激素治疗，效果肯定，但加用压迫子宫的方法可加强止血效果，而且该操作简单方便、不增加费用，无任何副作用，值得推广应用。
