带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折32例疗效观察

目的：观察带锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨骨折的疗效.方法：64例胫骨骨折患者根据治疗方法不同随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例,治疗组应用带锁髓内钉扩髓内固定术进行治疗,对照组应用对照组加压钢板治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果： 观察组的疗效明显优于对照组,且骨折平均愈合时间明显短于对照组,经统计学分析,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）.结论：带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折疗效确切,值得临床推广和应用.
