关节置换术后康复护理训练计划实施38例探讨

目的：探讨关节置换术后实施康复护理训练计划对骨科术后患者功能恢复的作用.方法： 将38例关节术后患者采用随机配对分组法分为观察组和对照组,每组各19例.两组术后给以常规抗炎,抗感染治疗,观察组在此基础上实施康复护理训练计划,由责任护士指导并督促其进行功能锻炼.对照组自行活动.结果： 观察记录术后1个月患者患者运动功能,肿胀消退时间和关节活动度,观察组显效17例,总有效率为%,明显高于对照组.结论： 关节置换术后患者进行康复护理功能训练,可以缩短康复的时间,提高术后关节运动功能恢复和提高生活质量.

The control group moves voluntarily. Results： Observes the record technique latter I month patient patient movement function, the swelling retrogression time and the joint activity, the observation group shows results 17 examples,always effective for % ,obviously is higher than the control group. Conclusion： The joint replaces the technique future trouble to carry on the recovery nursing function training, may reduce the recovery the time, after enhances the technique the joint movement function to restore with the enhance- ment quality of life.
