| 摘 要： | 目的：确定创疡草灵膏治疗深Ⅱ度及Ⅲ度烧伤的可行性及有效性。方法：清创手术后，应用创疡草灵膏均匀涂抹创面。较大创面用药后，给与凡士林纱布覆盖。每天换药一次。结果：男31例，女性9例，年龄5—65岁。所有病人均有深Ⅱ度，并Ⅲ度烧伤。烧伤体表面积1％-9％。所有病人均治愈，平均用药时间21天，14—28天。用药期间不使用抗生素。没有病人需要植皮治疗。结论：创疡草灵膏能有效治疗烧伤。

| Abstract: | Objective：To determine the effect and feasible of the Chineses herble paste for fester wound used in deep Ⅱ° and Ⅲ° burn. Methods： Spread the paste on the wound once time everyday. Results： Total 40 patients, aged 5- 65 years old. Burn body area 1 % - 9 %. All patients were healing, average days 21,14- 28 days, without antibitics. And nobody needed skin transplantion. Conclusion： The Chineses herble paste for fester wound can treat burn effectively. |
