小儿腹泻80例临床治疗分析

目的：探讨思密达联合金双岐治疗小儿急性感染性腹泻的临床疗效.方法：80例急性腹泻患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用思密达与金双岐联合治疗,对照组给予传统常规治疗.分析比较两组的治疗效果.结果：观察组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为77.5%,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论：思密达与金双岐联用有协同作用,有利于肠道微生态平衡的恢复及病原微生物的排出,疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用.
