腹腔镜手术与小切口手术在胆囊切除临床应用的疗效比较

目的：探讨腹腔镜手术与小切口手术在胆囊切除术临床应用的疗效.方法：将我院就诊的80例需实施胆囊切除术的胆囊疾病患者随机分为A组和B组,A组实行腹部小切口胆囊切除术,B组实行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,对两组的治疗效果进行比较.结果：与A组比较,B组术中出血少、术后肠功能恢复时间与住院天数缩短,具有统计学差异.同时B组有缩短手术时间的趋势,但不存统计学差异.结论：腹腔镜胆囊切除术对于腹部小切口胆囊切除术拥有明显的优势,应当广泛推广应用.
