急性左心衰的急诊护理

急性左心衰竭是由于急性弥漫性心肌损害,严重而突发的心脏排血障碍,严重心律失常,心脏负荷突然明显增加而导致的左心排血功能在短时间内急剧下降,甚至丧失排血功能的一组综合征,是心血管内科常见急症之一.由于急性左心衰竭发病凶险,进展迅速,死亡率较高,如能及时有效地抢救治疗,病情可迅速缓解.在抢救患者生命的过程中,护理工作者与临床医生积极配合,采取紧急的护理措施,是急性左心衰竭抢救成功的关键因素.我科2009年6月-2010年1月共抢救78例急性左心力衰竭患者.
