摘    要:膝关节是人体最大最复杂的关节,也是人体下肢较为灵活的关节之一.髌骨是膝关节的重要组成部分,能传导股四头肌力到髌韧带,增加股四头肌的收缩力臂,同时还可保护膝关节的深层组织,保护股四头肌不受摩擦力的损害.髌骨骨折采用张力带钢丝内固定治疗,其特点在于方法简单、固定牢靠,术后不需石膏外固定,可立即进行膝关节功能锻炼.早期进行康复训练可避免制动带来的关节僵硬,肌肉萎缩,骨质疏松等,也避免关节僵硬后的锻炼对骨折端产生的不利影响.因此,正确地指导患者进行系统的康复锻炼方法,可有效防止或减少术后并发症,促进骨折的愈合,对提高患者的生存质量具有重要意义.

Abstract:The knee joint is the human body most greatly most complex joint, also is one of human body lower limb more nimble joints. The whirbone is the knee joint important constituent, can conduct the stock four myo-- strength to bin the ligament,the increase stock four myo-- contraction arms of force,mean- while may protect the knee joint in--depth organization,protects the stock four muscles not the friction force harm. The whirbone bone fracture uses in the tension band steel wire the fixed treatment, its characteristic lies in the method simply, fixed sturdy, after the technique does not need outside the gypsum fixed, may carry on the knee joint function exercise immediately. The early time carries on the anchylosis which the recovery training may avoid applying the brake to bring, the muscle withers,osteoporosis and so on,also avoids anchylosis after the exercise the adverse effect which produces to the bone fracture end. Therefore, instructs the patient to carry on the system correctly the recovery exercise method, after but prevented effectively or the reduced technique the complication, the promotion bone fracture cicatrization,to improves patient's survival quality to have the vital significance.
