高血压脑出血手术方式选择

目的：探讨高血压脑出血的适宜手术方式对临床效果的影响.方法：回顾性分析采用去骨瓣减压并血肿清除术,小骨窗血肿清除术,脑内血肿立体定向引流术患者96例.结果：存活80 例,死亡16 例.随访6 月,预后良好28例,预后不良 42例.结论：高血压脑出血外科治疗主要目的是减压,但不必强行清除全部血肿.结合临床选择适当的手术方式应有利于有效降低颅内压,最大程度恢复神经功能是手术成功的关键.
