| 摘 要： | 产后子宫一般在5-6周恢复到非孕状态,当子宫复旧功能受到障碍时即引起子宫复旧不全.子宫复旧不全时血性恶露持续的时间延长可达7-10天或更长时间,量明显增多,恶露浑浊或伴有臭味.在血性恶露停止后还可有脓性分泌物排出.检查发现子宫较同时期的正常产褥期子宫为大且软.

Involution of uterus not entire time courage and uprightness loehia continues the time lengthens may reach 7-10 day or a longer time,the quantity increases obviously,the lochia pollution or is accompanied by the fetid odor. Stops after the courage and uprightness lochia also being possible to have the purulent secretion to discharge. The inspection discovered the womb compares the same time the normal puerperal period womb for big also soft. |
