老年脑卒中患者城乡社区康复状况调查与分析

目的：了解当前唐山市脑卒中患者及家属康复知识知晓情况和康复开展情况,为进一步普及脑卒中的社区康复提供参考.方法：采用随机抽样的方法,对唐山市路北区的196名社区脑卒中患者和168名患者家属进行问卷调查.结果：分别有7.8%的患者和10.1%的家属表示对康复知识很了解或比较了解;68.1%的患者和69.0%的家属表示愿意在社区接受康复服务;33.3%的患者在住院期间接受过康复治疗,26.7%的患者回到社区后在社区接受康复治疗.结论：唐山市路北区脑卒中患者及其家属对脑卒中康复的知晓率和开展率仍然较低,需加大康复知识教育力度和进一步发展社区康复.

Old age apoplexy patient city and countryside community recovery condition investigation and analysis

Objective： Understood the current Tangshan apoplexy patient and the family member is restored to health the knowledge to know the situation and the recovery development situation, for further popularizes the apoplexy the community recovery to provide the reference. Methods： Uses the random sampling the method,the area 196 community apoplexy patient and 168 patient family member carries on the questionnaire survey to the Tangshan road north. Results： Distinguishes some 7.8 % patients and 10.1 % family members expressed understands or the comparison understanding very much to the recovery knowledge;68.1 % patients and 69.0% family members indicated is willing to accept the recovery service in the community,33.3 % patients in hospital period has accepted the recovery treatment,after 26.7 % patients return to the community to accept the recovery treatment in the community. Conelusion zNorth the Tangshan road the area apoplexy patient and the family member knew rate and the development rate to the apoplexy recovery is still low,had to increase the recovery knowledge education dynamics and further to develop the community recovery.
