| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理干预在胰岛素泵治疗中的作用.方法：对30例应用胰岛素泵强化治疗的患者进行置泵前、置泵时、置泵后的护理干预.结果：30例患者应用胰岛素泵后血糖控制良好、胰岛素用量和低血糖发生次数减少,生活质量相应提高.结论：胰岛素泵使用过程中护理干预是保证最佳治疗效果的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective： Discusses the nursing intervention in the insulin pump treatment function. Methods： The patient who strengthens the treatment after the insulin pump carries on to ：30 examples sets in front of the pump, sets at when the pump, sets at the pump nursing intervention. Results： After 30 example patients apply the insulin pump the blood sugar control good, the insulin amount used and the hypoglycemia have the number of times to reduce, quality of life corresponding enhancement. Conclusion： In the insulin pump use process nurses the intervention is the guarantee best treatment result key. |
