整形外科治疗周围型神经纤维瘤病41例回顾性分析

目的：探讨整形外科治疗周围型神经纤维瘤病的原则及方法.方法： 回顾性分析41例周围型神经纤维瘤病的临床资料.结果： 神经纤维瘤全部切除28例,大部切除10例,扩大切除3例;9例原位缝合,13例皮片移植,7例瘤体表面皮片回植,8例邻近皮瓣转移,4例扩张皮瓣转移;随访34例,5例术后复发,3例行第二次手术,2例先后行3次手术;最终效果良好.结论： 采用整形外科方法切除周围型神经纤维瘤及修复创面具有切除较彻底、修复塑形好的优点.
