尼尔雌醇配合米索前列醇用于绝经后妇女取环的效果观察

目的：探讨尼尔雌醇及米索前列醇于绝经后取器的临床效果.方法： 选择2006年1月-2010年6月来我院要求取环的绝经后妇女180例随机分为观察组及对照组各两组,对照组术前常规B超确定环位,取环前不用任何药物;观察组在对照组的基础上取环前1周顿服尼尔雌醇6mg;取环前术前3h舌下含化米索前列醇400mg,两组妇女均由固定熟练医生操作.结果： 与对照组比较观察组宫颈扩张情况好、镇痛情况良、手术时间短、人流综合征少（P＜0.05）,未发现明显不良反应.结论： 尼尔雌醇及米索前列醇于绝经后取器有较好疗效,且未发现明显副作用,值得临床应用.
