舒适护理在准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术的应用

目的：探讨舒适护理用于准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术的效果,使患者安全舒适顺利完成该手术,提高术后心理舒适度.方法：对108例准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术患者术前心理护理、术中、术后应用舒适护理及术后随访.结果：108例准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术者均能积极配合手术、身心感觉舒适,术后随访,舒适满意度99.07%.结论： 舒适护理可增加准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术者的舒适度,为手术的顺利进行创造了良好条件,减少并发症.术后心理舒适度得到提高.
