染色结肠镜在诊断大肠息肉中临床应用价值的研究

目的：探讨染色结肠镜在诊断大肠息肉性质中的临床应用价值.方法：对164例大肠息肉患者进行结肠镜染色检查,比较单用电子结肠镜与染色结肠镜对鉴别大肠息肉性质的准确率.结果：染色结肠镜检查鉴别结肠腺瘤性息肉与非腺瘤性息肉的准确率（85%）,显著高于单用电子结肠镜检查的准确率（70%）,二者比较差异有统计学意义,p＜0.01,结肠镜的敏感度为70.6%、特异度为56.3%,染色结肠镜的敏感度为85.3%,特异度为84.5%,以上二组比较差异均有统计学意义,均为p＜0.01.结论：染色结肠镜检查可显著提高结肠隆起性黏膜病变性质的准确率,对下一步的治疗选择具有一定的指导意义.

Results：Dyes the colon mirror inspection distinction colon adenoma polyp with the non adenoma polyp rate of accuracy （85%）,obviously is higher than only uses the rate of accuracy which the electronic colon mirror inspects （70 % ）, the two comparison difference has statistics significance, p〈0.01, the colon mirror sensitivity is 70.6 %, the peculiarity is 56.3 %, dyes the colon mirror the sensitivity is 85.3% ,the peculiarity is 84.5% ,above two group of comparison difference has statistics significance,is p〈0.01. Conclusion： Dyes colon mirror inspection to be possible obviously to enhance the colon to stick out the mucous membrane pathological change nature rate of accuracy, has certain guiding sense to the next step treatment choice.
