235例剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物应用合理性调查

目的：调查分析我院剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物应用情况,为临床抗菌药物合理应用提供依据.方法：汇总我院2010年1月至7月235例剖宫产病历进行回顾性统计分析.结果：我院剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物使用率达100%;235例患者均为术后回到病房后才开始使用抗菌药物;疗程最短3天,最长7天,一般为4～6天;90.2%的病例为头孢曲松钠与甲硝唑联用.结论：本院剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物应用100%不合理,应进一步加强抗菌药物临床应用管理.
