浅谈重症胰腺炎的术后护理

目的：对重症胰腺炎的术后护理作以简要分析,为今后的护理工作提供一点参考.方法：回顾性浅析了我院的15例患重症胰腺炎的患者的术后护理.结果：重症胰腺炎起病急、发展快、死亡率高、并发症多,早期采用手术治疗,术后护理工作起着重要作用.结论：实践表明,术后对患者全身主要器官功能的监护与检查;对患者加强营养支持护理--实施营养支持疗法;避免术后引流不畅的影响及保持引流管通畅的工作;对患者加强心理护理的工作;健康教育工作对患者康复至关重要.

Conclusion：Practices indicated, after technique to patient whole body main organ function guardianship and inspection; Strengthens the nutrition support nursing--Implementation nutrition support therapy to the patient;After avoids the technique the drainage impeded influence and the maintenance drainage tube unobstructed work; Strengthens psychological nursing to the patient the work;The health education work is restored to health very important to the patient.
