社区高血压病人的心理观察与干预

目的：探讨社区高血压病人的心理干预方法及效果.方法： 选取2006年6月至2009年6月至我院门诊确诊的高血压病人120例为研究对象（均居住于松陵镇城中社区）,对该组病人进行心理干预,措施有基本的高血压知识宣教,心理疏导,情绪转移法,身心松弛法.观察该组病人实行干预前后的平均动脉压和精神状态评分.结果：该组病人实施心理干预后平均动脉压较干预前显著下降,P〈0.05.且焦虑、抑郁评分也较治疗前显著下降,P〈0.05.结论： 对社区高血压病人实施心理干预有助于减轻其不良心理反应,降低血压.

Objective ：Discussion community hypertension patient＇s psychological intervention method and effect. Methods：Selects from June,2006 （to live to from June,2009 to my courtyard outpatient service diagnosis hypertension patient 120 examples for the object of study in loose mausoleum town city community）, carries on the psychological intervention to this group of patients, the measure has the basic hypertension knowledge propaganda, psychological unblocking, the mood shift law, the body and mind relaxation technique. Observes this group of patients to implement around the intervention the average arterial pressure and state of mind grading. Results： Before this group of patients implement the psychological intervention the average arterial pressure to intervene the remarkable drop, P〈0.05. Before also anxious, despondent grading also treats the remarkable drop, P〈 0.05. Conclusion：Implements the psychological intervention to the community hypertension patient to be helpful in reduces it not good psychology to respond that, reduces the blood pressure.
