诺和锐30和诺和灵30R治疗老年2型糖尿病的对比研究

目的：比较诺和锐30和诺和灵30R治疗老年2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者的疗效和安全性.方法：将口服降血糖药物血糖控制不佳的老年2型糖尿病96例患者,随机分为诺和锐30治疗组和诺和灵30R治疗组各48例,采用每日早、晚餐前两次皮下注射方案,观察两组患者7个时点血糖、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）、低血糖事件及其他不良事件的差异.结果：治疗后平均FBG、2hPG和HbA1c的变化两组间治疗后比较差异无显著性＊P〉0.01 两组间低血糖事件发生率比较差异有显著性（P〈0.01）.满意度比较差异具有显著性 P〈0.01.结论：对血糖控制不佳的老年糖尿病患者,和锐30和诺和灵30R均可安全有效地降低血糖,诺和锐30控制餐后血糖更具优势,低血糖事件发生率较低,满意度高.
