谈男性乳腺癌患者治疗方式的报告分析

目的： 探讨男性乳腺癌的病因、临床特点、治疗方式及影响预后的因素.方法： 对1986～2006年收治的25例男性乳腺癌的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果： 25例中腋窝淋巴结转移率64.0%,5年生存率46.7%,Ⅳ期2例均在1年内死亡,接受标准根治术与改良根治术的患者5年生存率分为44.4%和50.0%.结论： 男性乳腺癌预后较差,其治疗方式应采取以手术为主的综合治疗方法.
