老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术后呼吸道的护理

目的：老年患者运用腹腔镜胆囊切除术后加强呼吸道的护理,减少并发症,促进患者康复.方法：对30例老年患者术后保持呼吸道通畅,加强口腔护理,术后有效镇痛以及加强病房环境管理等措施.结果：30例患者术后恢复良好,未发生并发症.结论：老年患者腹腔镜手术后采取科学严谨的护理措施,就能减少术后并发症,是老年患者顺利康复的保证.
