摘    要:以往我院对于关节内骨折多采用保守治疗,手法复位外固定,这使得一些关节不能得到早期功能锻炼,且关节面不易达到解剖复位,对于其功能及愈后造成一定影响.现在国内外新兴起的解剖型钢板正适合此类手术内固定.我们所采取的解剖型钢板内固定系统治疗各种关节内骨折,如肱骨近端、肱骨髁、桡骨远端关节面、股骨髁、胫骨平台、踝关节等.根据骨骼特定部位的解剖形态选择内固定钢板系统,使骨折解剖复位,固定确切,牢固,有良好的贴附性、运动稳定性,在减少并发症的同时,确保骨折良好愈合.术后早期可行功能锻炼,骨折愈合佳,关节功能恢复良好.

Abstract:Formerly my courtyard the bone fracture used the conservative treatment regarding the joint in, outside the technique replacement fixed, this enabled some joints to obtain the early function exercise,also the facies articularis not easy to achieve the dissection replacement,and had certain influence after its function. Now domestic and foreign is emerging the dissection section suits in stiffly this kind of surgery fixed. We adopt in the dissection steel plate the fixed system treats in each kind of joint the bone fracture,like humerus near-end, humerus condyle, radius far-end facies articularis, femoral condyle, shinbone plat- form, malleolus joint and so on. According to in skeleton specific spot dissection shape choice fixed steel plate system, causes the bone fracture dissection replacement, fixed accurate, reliable, has good pastes attaches the natural, the movement stability,during reduced complication,guarantees the bone fracture good cicatrization. After the technique the early feasible function exercise,the bone fracture heals good.the Joint function restores good.
