以往我院对于关节内骨折多采用保守治疗,手法复位外固定,这使得一些关节不能得到早期功能锻炼,且关节面不易达到解剖复位,对于其功能及愈后造成一定影响.现在国内外新兴起的解剖型钢板正适合此类手术内固定.我们所采取的解剖型钢板内固定系统治疗各种关节内骨折,如肱骨近端、肱骨髁、桡骨远端关节面、股骨髁、胫骨平台、踝关节等.根据骨骼特定部位的解剖形态选择内固定钢板系统,使骨折解剖复位,固定确切,牢固,有良好的贴附性、运动稳定性,在减少并发症的同时,确保骨折良好愈合.术后早期可行功能锻炼,骨折愈合佳,关节功能恢复良好.
