先天性肌性斜颈家庭护理矫正头面部畸形的重要性

目的：观察家庭护理对先天性肌性斜颈患儿头面部畸形矫正方面的疗效.方法：将88例患儿随机分成治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用家庭护理配合推拿疗法矫正患儿头面部畸形,对照组仅采用推拿疗法.结果：治疗组44例患儿在矫正头面部畸形方面总有效率100%,对照组44例患儿总有效率56.8%,治疗组显效率优于对照组（p〈0.05）.结论：先天性肌性斜颈家庭护理矫正患儿头面部畸形的效果显著.

Congenital muscular torticollis family nursing rectifies face abnormal important

Objective： To observe the home care on children with congenital muscular torticollis in respect of the head and face deformities effect. Methods：88 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group, home care and massage therapy with correction of deformity in children with head and facial,massage treatments using only the control group. Results：44 patients treated in the correction of facial deformities in ehildren＇s total effective rate was 100% ,control group 44 cases of children with the total effective rate 56.8%, treatment group was better than the control group （p〈0.05）. Conclusion： Congenital muscular torticollis in children with home--care head and face deformities corrected results are obvious.
